Haven’t been paid my commission - Assistant Store Manager BrightStar Wireless Employee Review

I am behind on bills and was supposed to get a paycheck with my commission on July 7th. It’s currently July 17th, and still no commission. When I ask I just get promises that it’s processing and I’ll get it soon. I have my doubts they’ll ever pay me. The hourly rate is far lacking compared to the industry norms, and though my commission they owe me is admittedly not very much, I still deserve it and my bills don’t stop because my company won’t pay me.
