NO HR, NO WORRIES - Sales Representative BrightStar Wireless Employee Review

Terrible upper management and no HR department. This leads to tons of issues between employees and managers as we have no one on our side. My manager tells us all the time how his DM’s are always constantly berating him about things he cannot control such as traffic. How can we decide if someone comes in to our store?
