Travel benefits but TERRIBLE management - CSA Air Canada Employee Review

- Can't keep employees because of the crazy rules that they make up as they please. - They will humiliate you, no respect. - No flexibility. Only work here if you do not have a social life, family or kids. - The manager only likes employees who tells on other employees making the environment a terrible place to work. - Different rules for different people (favoritism will play a great roll in this job) - Only work here if you have no other option. - You only get travel benefits and health insurance after 6 months (or more) of working and that's if they like you.
