Pros
- Great travel perks for employees, friends and family members. - The industry is interesting, changing and challenging.
Cons
- Not allowed to work away even though they promote a « hybrid » formula and are a travel company. - Although you get an almost unlimited amount of travel perks, you get 2 weeks vacation for the first 3 years and no time off during the Christmas Holiday. You don’t have enough time off to enjoy the perks about being an employee for the company. - Very low pay. Not competitive at all with current market trends. Expect below 50K with a bachelor’s degree, 5-year experience in your field and 2 years at the company. You don’t have a good enough salary to enjoy the perks. - Depressing, old offices. - 2 days in office required per week but don’t expect Managers to apply the rule to themselves. - Workload is heavy. Teams are too small for the amount of work and expectations. Expect to train your new managers on top of your workload since superiors don’t train their own teams. - Communication is terrible. - Managers, SLT, etc are unavailable. - Bullying is tolerated.
