Pros

Travel Benefits are the best work place privileges you will ever get. You are unionized has a Phone/Airport Associate, so basically your are well "protected".

Cons

Horrible place to work, and it is hard to manage the minimal salary. Many new agents suffer burnouts doing overtime just to survive. The hours of work at 24/7, 365 days.... Not easy when you have a family and can't get a day off. Upper management makes major dollars while you are below the wage of living. Don't expect any sympathy from them. The union is not much help to the junior employees. They are only senior employees who think of themselves. Junior employees are basically left behind when it come time to contract renewals.
