Pros

Only benefits are travel benefits

Cons

Low as Basic salary- overnight shifts - treat new hire as we are part of squid games “send the offer then you got into phases- 1st phase is two weeks system training and if you pass, you start working at the call center. If you don’t you will repeat the test the following day with a harder one then they will terminate you. After passing this phase with 93% score out of sudden they told me you have to had English Assessment. I started this assessment over the phone with someone. I know my English is not perfect but also not that bad. Then the following day by the end of my shift they terminated me. Overall they treat new hire in a very bad way. Even when we asked the floor manager is it a squid games she said off course it’s squid games
