Senior Management Management Salary HR department Little to no advancement Company is full of politics. If you don't know how to please upper management or you do not have someone backing you then forget about advancement. Culture is a joke and place is ran by old fashioned leaders. For a company that's supposedly worth a billion dollars, they pay peanuts for call center agent posistions. Others have been there for ages and salary is a joke compared to other companies. They use their travel privilieges as a leverage to pay potential employees low salaries. Medical and Dental benefits are mediocre.
