Can be a great company really depends on the base All it takes is one manager to not like you or lie about you No recognition for your work If your new, there is no respect from management or other employees They do not treat people right, Behind closed doors most "Rules" go out the window (also really depends on the base) There is no support when trying to succeed within the company Mismanaged There is no support to grow or move up within the company
