      Pros

      Very very high pay, with lots of benefits free shuttle going to and from office very flexible working hrs and hybrid setup (you will be the one to decide when do you want to go onsite) fun activities in the office and free food! hmo, allowances and perf bonus

      Cons

      no overtime pay (they really promote work life balance)
