Joyful environment; good flexibility; dynamic work environment that really gets the best out of you; there's space for everybody, introverts, extroverts; open minded people; flat hierarchy; etc Main point to pass: Human Capital is fire.

Cons

First con is also a pro, flat hierarchy. Good because you are actually heard, and bad because sometimes your specialty may be questioned by the wrong persons (less context, knowledge or comes from different area)
