      Recruitment process a bit confusing

      Pros

      You feel heard and that the company and recruiters are really eager to get to know you and your personality. Also, the interviews were done with people from different areas and departments which was interesting.

      Cons

      Not so clear on the role. A lot of changes throughout the process. Never met my team of team leader before entering.
