- dynamic work - there is nothing more I can say

Cons

- truly unhealthy work culture - politics are important in corporations and it's always part of the game, but when people constantly talk behind each other's back, you are rewarded only for being confident and not for your skills, ideas, contributions, it can be very hard environments to work for.

- Nice colleagues you can also be friends with - No super high pressure environment if you don't let it be one - Lots of responsibility if you are willing to take it on

Cons

- Inexperienced leadership especially on C-level - Micromanagement across the board - No processes or working structures, as everything is being overhauled in weeks - Horrific paystructure
