Pros

Without any experience whatsoever you might climb the ladder pretty high pretty quickly, because they don't value experience. So if you are newbie and want to get started on something, that's the place.

Cons

Due to the aforementioned philosophy in hiring, the company is run by an army of amateur people. There are amateur people in all areas so much that it seems that the company goes one step forward and two backwards. It doesn't mean that the people are bad though, it's just that they need guidance, but more often than not the leadership positions are also hired using the same philosophy, which leads the non-leaders to find themselves lost. If you value your skills, don't apply. The business outlook doesn't look so great either as the company struggles to innovate and often leverages label products, instead of developing their own, to make more money.

Pros

There are nice people working in some teams, but most of them have left or feel completely miserable.

Cons

If you join this company, be aware you will be asked to do things that are really unethical, such as writing fake customer reviews on Amazon or tricking customers to get more money. One of the founders is a bully who harasses employees with aggressive comments and manipulative behaviors. He made several sexist and racist remarks at public All Hands and HR didn't do anything. If you're being interviewed by the founder, be aware he will judge you by your physical appearance. He will make comments about how you look in the supposed "professional" interview board. Completely inappropriate. You'll see people crying and being fired for no reason every day. It's the worst fear culture you'll see in your life. Don't join unless you want to leave traumatised.
