Pros

Fast paced and lots of opportunities for growth

Cons

One of the most toxic and political companies I have worked for. I have 8 years of experience and first time I see leadership does not know what they are doing and they are exhausting their subordinates

Pros

The employees at Emma are from all around the world. This leads to such a diverse set of minds and background which is really cool to work with. The R&D Team is awesome, they are all trying to build each other and the company up. Your voice can easily be heard and you can take so much initiative if you take on the ownership.

Cons

If you are an engineer the only team really doing interesting engineering at the moment is the Product Excellence team. In the other teams, the engineering is still slowly building out. I believe it will come but during my time it just wasn't part of the work enough yet. Since everything has to be made as cheaply and as quickly as possible, its frustrating as an engineer who wants to think of quality and innovation.
