      Toxic and hostile work environment: Very cliquey, too much drama, too much gossip, racist and sexist environment.

      Great collaborative and learning culture. Flexible work schedule (with WFH options).

      Not going to list cons because they sound like first-world problems, and while no place is perfect, this has been the best I've worked at in the UAE by a mile (and more)
