      Nice colleagues, nice offices, free fruit..

      ZERO leadership or commuication from the top, The C-Level pulling in almost the opposite direction to the rest of the business. I've never worked somewhere that has zero concern for welfare of it's people, just focused on profit and productivity, people working silly hours, no training or development, and pretty poor salaries considering its financial services.
