Pros

Nice teammates and team leader

Cons

I am from Ukraine and I was working in this company as a developer. When the war started in Ukraine they dismissed me. The official reason was Cyber Attacks. This is completely stupid reason because in my personal situation there was no possibility of any risks. They told that they prayed to God for ukrainians but in fact they just care only about their business and covering their business. They left me alone in the war. Their top bosses (decision making) are double standard people.

Pros

- Good Benefits - 100% company paid health insurance, dollar for dollar match on 401K, catered lunches - Collaborative team environment for work space - Always opportunity for advancement in the company - Opportunity to learn and grow a lot if you are eager

Cons

- Terrible pay - employees are not fairly compensated for the amount of work they do & pay scale is not even close to industry standard. - Annual raises are barely keeping up with inflation. - A lot of turnover - Mostly just on the job training and learn by fire - no training manuals or guidelines in place.

Thank you for your comments. We are working to address compensation levels within the organization. We did account for inflation in this year’s merit increases and admittedly, the numbers we planned for did not reflect the inflation levels experienced in the US this year. We did experience higher turnover in 2021 and have noted the reasons for turnover, which inform our HR work in motion today. We appreciate you sharing feedback to help us further improve.
