Very interesting line of work, lots of potential for growth as a company perspective. Entrepreneurial spirit.

Cons

Work atmosphere wasn't always at his best. Lots of mobility promises but no or few concretisations. Lots of politics that oftenly degraded work conditions and prevented from going forward.
