Pros
People are good to work with and there is flexibility and promotion from within. Good place for entry or mid career level to grow. Excellent benefits, some of the best offered. Almost full health insurance coverage.
Cons
There are some good options for employee training but would be good if there was more formal training for professional career development. There is sometimes a culture of playing favorites and those people get more opportunities for promotion and growth than others.
