Each year you are asked to do double to triple the amount of work done pervious year with no additional pay. Changes pay structure, seems more hourly with weekend work. Never satisfied with what value you as a person bring, you can also be replaced by someone else happy to do more with less. Unless you are part of the "inner circle", don't expect or try to be promoted, those who do less, but chosen are those that get promoted. Company is like an elephant, never forgets a mistake or something negative you do, very quickly forgets something that adds dollars & value to business. HORRIBLE follow through when your apply for internal position, you'll never hear back from HR on where you stand.

On call 24 hr per day new management doesn't care about you. Experience means nothing. Vacation no such thing you have to run your route of 115 accounts in 3 weeks to be able to take 1 week off. So you cheat your customer and yourself or you work nonstop for 3 week. Oh yes Ecolab will help you with the pesky family thing most tech have lost there family.
