Pros

Company Van, Stock purchase plan

Cons

No pay weekend work. Work until 5 and go home to computer work. Commish based salary but will send to other areas to do service and tell you your small salary covers that. 80% service work but want to pay you only for sales work. Customers go past 90 days late and they take commissions back but you still have to the leg work collecting or pulling equipment for FREE. Have to rely on food reps to sell products and have no control of ordering for that part of business but that affects you're budget goals. Management has no problem lying to team. Have had a few managers since I took job and both have been divorced, I bet due to the job.

Pros

It's a decent paying job. Most employees are sympathetic.

Cons

No training. Condescending management team; Managements way of motivation is to publicly humiliate employee via email and in unnecessary team meetings. Expected to work overtime-evenings and weekends to meet unrealistic deadlines. No training No training No training the name of the game is to backstab and throw under the bus. High lay off rate as no highly skilled employee would willing work under these conditions.

Pros

The opportunity to build your resume and use the experience to work somewhere else.

Cons

Too many to list. Extremely poor pay considering the work load, horrible treatment of territory managers, commissions are taken away and never returned, no opportunity for raises and/or cost of living increases, etc. The $750 annual salary addback is only awarded if one meets the unrealistic sales budget and even this would only equate to a $15,000 increase over 20 years!!! You will never be able to support yourself or a family adequately with this job.
