      Terrible Work Life Balance

      Pros

      It's a job, but not a very good one.

      Cons

      Really strict point system. Don't work here if you have kids who get sick and cause you to miss work. I am a single parent and only have one option for childcare, so if my children get sick, I have to take time off and get "a point" for missing work unplanned. If my 3 kids are sick or if I am sick and this causes me to miss work 10 times in a year, I will get fired.

      Stay Away

      Pros

      You will make a good amount of money!

      Cons

      You will give up your life to make the money. there pay scheme is a rate per hour the more years you work the less you will make. There customers will own you some have a 4 hour call back. Got plans on Sunday to bad someone called. have a wedding to go to on Saturday to bad someone called. Want to go on vacation to bad someone quit now you must run there stops all vacations canceled. you will drive 2 to 3 states away to run other peoples stuff but oops worked to many hours with out enough revenue per hour so thanks for all the extra work here is half your pay. Your managers will throw you under the buss to further their career goals without blinking a eye. you have been warned!!!

      There is a lot of sucking up that goes on in order for people to get promoted.

      Flexibility with the schedule. Free parking.

      Cons

      Hard to get promoted because of lack of available openings. Top management is white males. They are racist towards other races and women, especially in Ecosure. They would rather hire people from the outside instead of hiring qualified people than know about the business from inside.
