      Pros

      If you do a good job, you will get recognition for it, the ambiance was always great, good place to work, good feedback.

      Cons

      Lacks in training and develpment opportunities, too many changes, you never know if your job will be there the next day.

      Kodak needs to stop the semi-annual layoffs

      Pros

      Great software and hardware products. Surprisingly the Kodak name has some great brand equity.

      Cons

      1) Constant reality of job cuts is a grind. 2) Sales team is inexperienced and can't sell the Kodak brand to it's best potential. 3) No chance for promotion as the down sizing is shrinking available positions 4) Kodak is still 3 separate companies and those companies don't play well together. 5) Management lacks the skills to manage Kodak into the next decade or even this decade but if film ever makes a comeback Kodak is prepared.

      Friendly, intelligent colleagues Competitive starting salaries Management receptive to employee feedback, although action is not always taken Ranks high on the Equality Index Brand recognition

      Cons

      Slow moving (as with most large companies) although certain groups are more progressive than others Terrible office environments - the interior design of the buildings is outdated and does not encourage collaborative nor creative work in any way Lack of "fresh blood" to help stimulate new ideas
