      Pros

      My five years with Kodak thus far have been interesting technically, and has given me the opportunity to learn a lot of things professionally from fellow software engineers, etc.

      Cons

      There is no job security. Many co-workers have been laid off during my five years here.

      Pros

      Good Benefits and pay. Remote technicians are given lots of leeway in managing accounts. Managers generally are appreciative of goog performance.

      Cons

      lack of adequate staffing, territories are too big for prompt customer service. Not enough balance between work and family. lack of recognition.

      Pros

      Excellent training for employees, well documented processes and procedures. Easy to make an impact if you are bright and hard working.

      Cons

      A lot of "dead wood" when I was there - waiting for a "package" to leave so they often got in the way of change. New leadership threw the baby out with the bath water.... Also, no longer a fun place to work.
