      Pros

      ETS is a good company if you work in a good department headed by a reasonable leader with traditional great American values.

      Cons

      Obviously diversity has some pros. However, American values such as the importance of family life, health, personal lives can be disrespected when you have a foreign raised boss. Department had too many boses. There was a huge communication gap. Very difficult to understand. Work was unecessary, boring, and unequally divided. Some co workers had little to do while some seemed busy.
