Worst Company to Work For!!!!!!

Pros

They do have a consistent payroll schedule and you have the option of choosing which shifts you want to work for. Some of the shifts varies depending on the project that you are working for.

Cons

They have the worst training for all scoring projects. First, they think you should know how to interpret the rubric, but in reality they don't. Further, you have to pass calibration tests in order to score the live responses. I have worked for Pearson and even though they have calibrations, they don't require you to pass them. ETS is absolutely a joke to work with. I will never be employed with this company as long as I should live.

Too many to list here, including the elimination of a benefit listed in the compensation package (profit sharing)

A struggling organization in a dying industry

Pros

Compensation is competitive. Most of the people you work with on a day to day basis are great.

Cons

The industry is in decline, and their businesses are struggling. Federal funding is at risk. Has one of the worst CFO's (Jeffrey Melnick) I have encountered in over 20 years in the finance Industry.
