Pros

Flexible schedule and good pay when I stated. Need Bachelor degree in any field to at ETS. Tests vary with good pay.

Cons

Recommend if you are retired. But not recommended for young ones. Your schift cab cancelled any time. You are asked to grade 10-13 papers in hour with accuracy. Productivity is very demanding.

Pros

The hours you can sign up for are flexible and the scoring leaders are friendly. You can work remotely (from home). The pay is above minimum wage if you ever get to work.

Cons

You will never get to work and therefore never get paid. Very low/unreliable source of income. Most of the shifts I submit are never confirmed and over half of them that do get confirmed are cancelled.
