      Pros

      Extremely flexible schedule with a variety of shifts, very attentive tech support and good communication from shift managers during grading sessions.

      Cons

      There was a delay in communication between on-boarding and first active scheduling session. Because I had not worked solely online before, the break in communication led me to wonder if I were actually an employee or not. I have found it is difficult to obtain many or consistent hours.

      Pros

      Good company to work for in regards to pay and benefits, though the pay could be a little more competitive. Gives back to the community through charity drives from within the company.

      Cons

      The company has a very strict policy in regards to how it handles interpersonal interactions, and does not take time to understand personal positions in regards to these interactions, and holds a "black and white" view of things. You are either right or wrong, no in-between.

      Solid company, great differences depending on work area

      Pros

      Normally great at what they do, with high quality and very professional staff. Very good salary and bennies. Industry is changing, though, and business is slowing a bit given the global economy, though we can hope that is a temporary circumstance.

      Cons

      Of course, not all divisions are managed the same. The more challenging changes in certain aspects of the industry, combined with some less savvy management in some areas, makes those divisions less effective and strains the staff in those divisions more. Overall ratings are lower than they would have been in the past given these changes and management's inability to adjust acordingly.
