      Pros

      Picking your own hours and working remotely is a definite advantage to this job. My scoring, analysis and rating skills have definitely been improved through their training, calibration and work experiences.

      Cons

      Their scheduling is fluid and you may not get to work as many hours as you would prefer. Recently I have not been invited to work every administration - but instead, every other administration - so if you need a dependable source of part time income, this job may not guarantee it.

      Smart colleagues Occasional opportunities for challenging work Immediate management is sensible

      Cons

      Upper management is obsessed with "process." Little respect for long-time staff; salary caps are de-facto age discrimination. You can get a higher salary if you can get promoted, but it's nearly impossible to get promoted.
