ETS reviews

In the 10 years I've worked for ETS, the company has steadily declined. The recent pay cut perfectly exemplifies the lack of ethics and sound judgment that permeates ETS management.

Poor pay : We were just sent an impersonal, blunt and callous email announcing, not a pay raise, but almost 20% pay reduction, with a survey link which included 2 bullet points: Take it it OR Resign! Poor communication Poor management/Management training needed for some SLs and some members of Operations team (PASS). No benefits No respect from management (senior or other). Policies and guidelines announced at last minute. Last minute cancellation of shifts, and no compensation (attribute this to poor ops management, as it has occurred more frequently in the last couple of years).
