Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad to hear you had a positive experience with our students, team, and team parties at our Malta summer school. We also appreciate and note your feedback around scheduling flexibility, weekend support, and compensation. We have shared this with management. Regarding compensation, we work to evaluate our compensation packages on an annual basis to make sure they are benchmarked with our industry, and it's helpful to hear your feedback on low pay as we evaluate this. Thanks again for sharing

Pros

Get paid on time, and have a few nice colleagues and students.

Cons

More toxic to work here than on the Epstein Islands. Racist staff, management, and clients. The company caters to racist students instead of educating them. Teachers tried to sleep with students and staff. No sexual harassment & discrimination prevention training because upper management in Shanghai is also the biggest violator since it's legal in China to discriminate.

Thanks for sharing your experience working as a teacher with EF English Centers in Shenzhen. We are sorry to hear that your experience was not positive. The concerns you’ve raised around discrimination and sexual harassment are very serious and not reflective of the environment we recognize in our Shenzhen center, therefore we really want to hear more. We actively train all managers, including a recent Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging training for every Center Manager nationwide. While it’s difficult to address your concerns fully without more specific context, please know that we’re committed to maintaining a supportive, fair, and safe environment for all employees and students. We’d appreciate hearing from you directly at hr@ef.com so we can swiftly respond. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience with us.
