Thanks for sharing your experience during your years in our Zurich office. Glad to hear you enjoyed the team, work environment, and company events, and thanks for bringing up that you felt there were limited opportunities for growth so we can find better ways of communicating what options there are to everyone. As an entrepreneurial organization, being adaptable is part of our business, but we, of course, want to make sure that you feel supported even in times of change. Thanks again for taking the time to write about your time at EF.

Pros

You’ll see this everywhere and it’s true, best community you’ll probably ever work with Awesome travel perks Decent sales training to set you up for the future.

Cons

From a sales perspective, it’s pretty unusual to my understanding of the industry to not pay out sales effort if below 75% on the month. I think this should be transparent to any one being hired. I do know it’s been an effort since I’ve left. Because its a lot of people’s first sales position and first job out of college, hires don’t know what to expect from a sales role and I think the company takes advantage of that, for better or for worse.
