Pros

Your collegues. The people working at EF are truly interesting, genuine and fun people. The non-hierarchy, everyone are treated the same. A very flexible company.

Cons

Salary is worse than for similar jobs. It's diffcult to change your position. Available positions are often not announced internally.

Pros

Good company to get sales experience with a well known company. Great work life balance. Provides Friendly and open work environment.

Cons

The base salary isn't very competitive compared to other jobs in the industry and no commissions only bonuses. Hours can be long for cold calling.

Pros

The benefits are good and you don't need to have much experience to be hired so a good place for recent grads.

Cons

Really high turn over rate and low job security - especially in sales department. Don't think your job is secure.
