Pros

Great global support Good salary Good sales focus Amazing focus on learning technology

Cons

Bad managed locally, it is a huge problem because even if the company itself is great at the global level, it cant reach the greatness where its potential can take it. When lacking a true local manager with compromise, it affects the performance, and when trying to develop and introduce a new product in the market you need a true Director to do it

Pros

In the software development center. Can learn a lot since you have to handle and coordinate with staff both in different development team and marketing persons all around the world. The environment is very good. Has a flat management hierarchy. The CEO might just sit next to you. Very nice colleague.

Cons

Unfortunately, the salary was not very competitive. Almost no benefits and no bonus. Just the monthly salary. And before, they provide some refreshment or fruit but later (at least when I worked there, food became less and less.) But overall is good.
