Pros

working enviroment could be fun because of people in the office

Cons

teaching is like circulation and repeatation, and you can never see the end of it. I hope there are more equal rights and opportunities between foreign and local teachers.

Pros

Energizing, stimulating, great potential for growth and development: these are just a few of the terms I would use to describe the pros of working at EF. I've had the opportunity to touch so many different kinds of projects and work in the time I've been at EF, and the possibilities can seem endless.

Cons

Because EF is so fast-paced, it's easy to lose yourself in the work and completely lose work-life balance, which is not always a top priority for the management. With anything that is moving quickly, sometimes you can miss/skip some crucial steps, which can be frustrating.
