Pros

Get to travel, great health insurance, get other fun perks like work parties, etc.

Cons

In the Denver office there's no room for growth. You're either in Sales or Customer Service. There's a lot of young people so it can feel a bit like high school. Some managers don't know how to really manage.

Pros

The office is beautiful and being able to travel is very nice

Cons

They set unattainable goals for a market which is already extremely saturated. I was given an impossible goal and I didn't make it. They didn't let me finish my probation period to be able to make it. In this industry, 2 months is not enough to make a sale. They said that there were equal opportunities but it seemed that they kept disappearing to other sales reps.
