Pros

You get a lot of responsibility quick. You gain a lot of skills and are able to network

Cons

They overwork and underpay you. Your salary is basically the fancy parties they throw you. There is no advancement and the company loves the high turnover rate.

Pros

- Meet really interesting students from across the globe - Can tailor your own lesson plans (to a degree) - Make lasting relationships with most of your students

Cons

- There's a LOT of micro-managing - They have health insurance now, but didn't before - Not unionized and needs to be desperately - No backup support for teachers when students create trouble - Unsanitary conditions for students and teachers
