In my view, EF is all about: Recognition to people who work hard and are ready for challanges Ample opportunities of career growth International exposure the best ambience and infrastructure good salary compare to market work and life balance I say big 'YES' for this company to all my friends/relatives, who are the aspirants.

-Fantastic mission that is hard not to believe in (breaking down barriers of language, culture, and geography) -Working in educational travel is fun (cool travel perks too!) -Lots of mobility to move around within the company to grow your career--people are willing to take a risk on you -Great benefits and perks (great health care, free language classes, in-house hair salon, discounts on travel and language programs, etc.) -Young, interesting employees

Cons

-Things move really fast so you have to get comfortable with lots of change and with doing things faster than you might like -The travel industry in general isn't high paying -Not always enough visibility into other opportunities around the company
