Pros

Easy to get in Ideal as a first job - it looks good on CV Great job titles (everybody seems to be a manager) Relaxed work environment

Cons

- Most of the people are internally recruited - Everything works with internal networking - either you are a friend or your request can wait - Team managers tend to be quite inexperienced, especially in digital marketing. They are very good with numbers, but have no clue on how to manage, train and coach people. - There is a major lack of internal communication

Pros

Very minimal red tape when it comes to technology. Highly approachable managers even when not co-located. Strong sense of reward and recognition. Flat teams without cliques. Pay at the higher end of the spectrum.

Cons

Bangalore office is infrastructurally challenged in terms of parking space and cafeteria. People who are process bound and have a regimental mindset may not find the work environment comfortable.
