Pros

Really GREAT culture. A lot of like minded people who work for the overarching mission of travel and education. They are excellent in regards to benefits and a work life balance. It's a younger company so you're around a lot of people similar in age and mind set. Travel benefits are excellent if you do your job well enough and perks are great. They are good to their employees while you're there

Cons

The pay is decent. As a Tour Consultant, I started at 30K. They do offer bonus but definitely mislead in terms of HOW much bonus you'll eventually make. A promotion to Sr. TC got me 2,000 dollars and capped my growth potential. Good for lateral moves but difficult to continue with progression upward.

Pros

You can do party every two month. They use latest technology to work. Good team member

Cons

If your probation get extended means you are gone. If earlier your probation is of 3 months and just for reviewing your performance if it got extended for a month and in between if some policy comes for 1 and half month probation then you have taken some 2 and half month extra in probation period which is not acceptable as per company policy. They do not increase probation just because you are technically not strong but they increase probation if you are not talking to team member , you are not asking anything from anybody (because there will be nothing to ask since most of the work is like supporting the customer). All non sense thing. you will get hike after looking Indian inflation rate.

Pros

Flexible lunch hour, salary okay, terms of employment isn't harsh :)

Cons

In fact not much bad sides to talk about...The cons are minor and I do not want to bad mouth my previous employer because the company is not doing something bad on me.
