Pros

An incredibly infectious positive attitude surrounds this company and it's values and breathes within its employees. A very established company, yet room to grow and create your own career at. Definitely know how to work hard and also play hard (we have a bar/cafe in our building).

Cons

Under paid for the amount of work/time put in and rather spend their money heavily on company events/culture/PR. Full benefits though

Pros

EF hires people based on their personality and then train them for the job. So, the people you work with are great and you have a lot of fun together. Global presence and potential to move around (if you know the right people). Long vacation (3-4 weeks). Office locations around the world always in a great trendy downtown area.

Cons

A LOT of internal politics and personal agendas. This causes tension and inefficiencies within departments. It is the people who stay around the longest and "play the game" that receive promotions, not those who are the best for the job. Very high turnover, especially in sales. Low salary (starting in the low $30,000, 3% raise every year). No inclusiveness of significant others. Low work/life balance. Overall little desire to acknowledge your personal life. You are encouraged to party, date, live with, colleagues. No HR team; concerns/complaints should be made to your direct supervisor.
