Pros

Cant think of anything which is positive

Cons

They will treat you like dogs and throw money to you to work. That money is also short lived and it only goes in the hands of few Leads. The entire process makes you so redundant that you will find yourself out of place when you go into the job market. There is immense politics and everyone in bangalore tries to portray a positive picture in front of the lord who are based out of bangalore. Not only that the reviews of the company are so bad that people are persuaded to write positive things about that company. If you want to kill your career go there

Pros

Free World Travel, full benefits, fully supported sales role.

Cons

Bad management. Company is built on outlive outlast management. Unrealistic quotas. Management offered open door policy but did not enforce it. Pay wasn't competitive.

Pros

Beautiful campus, nice coworkers, if you are not in sales they won't force you to work crazy hours.

Cons

It's a very juvenile atmosphere. Dressing up in costume for various things - Seems completely anti family as well - spouses and SOs are not allowed at the Christmas party or even allowed on the free tour. Not a great place for married people but if you're 20 something and looking to hook up, maybe. Not professional - if you go to the sales kick off they force you to have a roommate.
