Pros

No pros at all, writing this much to reach 20 words minimum as set by Glassdoor. Trust me there is nothing good to share.

Cons

This company used to be good in the past but now everything is bad. Policies are random. Package is inflated and you are never sure when and how much salary you would get. Too much sycophancy. Illogical decisions taken day in day out. In the last few months, there has been a horrendous decline in culture, values and intent, it is more of Spy Culture now. Leaders don't stand up to the individuals and there's nobody to really look up to. Job insecurity and high fire rate. Very cheap politics. Zero respect for individual. Respect your employee and treat them well. Targets, profits and margins will take care of themselves and stop being a LALA company. Stop investing unnecessary money and time developing Bangalore office infrastructure instead invest the same on Employee development. They think you are slave of the company they will fire you for anything like if you are not a good dancer, taking your allocated leaves, taking work from home, not meeting 9 hours etc. Do not believe in recent good reviews, they are fake! These reviews have just been written to improve the image of the company because their initial reviews are bitter but true enough to get the company blacklisted very soon. There are much more I do not have the patience to write for hours because it will not end even after that. Just want to say those who are looking to join or holding an offer from this company please don't whatever they are offering to you because it is not worth it. Believe me you can talk to any employee at EF and it is true. Also for existing staff, soon look for better opportunity and move out before you get fired.

Pros

People USED to feel valued but firing employees with no PIP, no notice, after 6-7 years of good service has left a very nasty taste in a lot of peoples mouths.

Cons

Off late strict about hours spent in office. Provoke staff with insulting remarks. Total noxious atmosphere. Paranoia and office politics reign. Ruination of what was an amazing happy culture, especially from last 2 years. Company even count on 25ps Chocolates. Management have the wrong people making decisions, which leads to the great employees running as fast as they can. If you are lucky to get kicked off, count your blessings, there are many companies out there who actually value a great employee! All the good employees have left & still will be leaving, major change needed in the low and middle level management. Management should not only focus on business but also look into the actual situation of staff personally and difficulties & burden faced by the staff members. Hard working employees don't get what they deserve. There's no job security even for top performers. Person who is close to managers or Teach Leads will get back to back promotions. I can honestly say, I have never worked for a more self-righteous, arrogant, directionless, back-stabbing, insincere, incompetent, unaccountable Company. Salesforce Department not at all stream lined. They don’t know where they are heading, what they are doing, what they will be doing, what is the future but too too busy in hiring. Leadership is lacking and immature. No vision, communication or transparency. Staff lacks the motivation to improve company culture and morale. No opportunity for career growth. Manager is huge egoistic person but the egos generally don't have the skill or knowledge to back the egos, but those are the people that seem to make the decisions.

Pros

I genuinely enjoy my colleagues that I work with, and am passionate about the mission of the product and company. My coworkers and I hang out often outside of work, and EF always has other things to get involved with. I've had paid travel opportunities presented on a regular basis. EF has a great benefits package, time off policy, and culture. Office is gorgeous and has both amazing views and natural light.

Cons

Very high amount of turnover, which senior management admits is a part of their business model. Generally low salaries for the amount of time spent in the office. Professional development programs are lacking. The open office plan is very loud and can be distracting.
