Pros

Clock in and clock out type of a job. Moving around a lot keeps from being stagnant. Quite a bit of duties are your responsibility, helps to keep from being bored and monotonous in a warehouse environment.

Cons

Drama with all the people in the warehouse. This position is kind of the funnel of every other positions problems, but as long as you can keep your nose clean and head down, you'll be fine.

Flexible with time in and out of work

Cons

Gossip filled culture and drama all the time fueled by management. No professionalism at all (does not exist). Finance Manager is moody, unprofessional and leads by gossip. Leadership is lacking. Take this as a warning and not biased at all. It is just what it is. Poor benefits.
