Pros

Discount is great Everyone on the team was really friendly - and most of the team were really helpful if you had questions Manager tried to be as accommodating as possible for days off

Cons

When working during the busy season, it could get really overwhelming When it gets empty though, there isn't much to do but you aren't allowed to just sit there Some of the customers are extremely rude (comes with the territory of customer service) You work a lot of hours, but always just shy of full time benefits I wasn't able to take breaks most of the time
