      no pros, my honest opinion

      Cons

      Job security is very low. you can wake up and you don't have a job anymore. the leadership team are not straight forward and only favour staff from their country. promotion not based on metrics rather , it is based on management mood, relationship with top people and if you are from Latin America. it doesn't matter if you are competent or not. They never obey the labour laws of the country.

      Remote with salary on time

      1) The Team in India is asked to work long hours more than 12+ hours. 2) The Team lead will pretend to be nice but could give a class on "Micro-Management" 3) No Proper training or guidance. 4) Very passive-aggressive behaviour. 5) People are really insecure about their jobs as the company would randomly fire you pinning it on your "Performance" after working with them for 1 year.

      Good office and HR people is cool

      Most of the leadership positions are given to friends of the leaders or coreligionists of the company owners. Even if you have studies, experience and you are good enough, if you are not a good friend of the right people there is no way for you yo grow. The benefits are aiming young people without childs or family. At least my leader is never earing what i have to say
