Incentives schemes for sales executives but they are changing this too. Pathetic!!

Cons

Falling market shares & the blame is shifted onto frontline executives. Management doesn't accepts their fault in pathetic planning & executions through marketing department. Senior management is only interested in enjoying every night, in day time they sits in office, shouts at sales guys (who actually work) for falling market shares & repeat this every day to earn their lavish livelihood. Hardly any market visit & problem solving approach. All facade to please top leadership.

Pros

IT jobs are coming to India. Work from home.

Cons

So much politics (again depends on which tower you're going to be) In-house IT is coming (forcing people to change their job role if he has to continue) can hire you as "X" and after a year for the namesake of company's need, can ask you to change your role to "Y" without consulting you. it's better to choose Diageo in India after 2020 (when things will be stable here). Don't expect a Global culture.

Pros

The company stated values and behaviors matched my personal values and beliefs. Initially the Company felt like a great fit.

Cons

Then over the years the organization got lost in short term gains versus long term strategy. They allowed the ankle bitters to gain market share and rung out their employees through reorganizations and cost cutting initiatives that stressed out the everyone.
