Decent benefits, pay average for area but other distilleries upping their game .

Cons

Toxic culture, led by senior leadership. Its who you know not what you know. People work hard and are not recognised unless you're in the select few who the directors favour. Company advertises open positions in job ads but, the role is already someone's who has been 'taken under the wing ' of senior management. It all depends if you're related to, good friends with or suck up to the directors. Company promotes integrity, equal opportunities, fairness and rebel thinking but do not embed this in every day culture.

I would prefer no to go with Diageo because management is not clear about the work what they are going to get and have no vision what to do next 4 ys and people come are leave because of work culture and bad management

Bullying tactics from managers and HR -you have nowhere to turn. Where do you go when the bullies are your line managers, their managers and HR work for them? no matter how many times the business tell you it's safe to report these things, it is not. Unprofessional work environment run like an 'old boys club' at Runcorn. poor training run to fail mentality does not match diageo on paper
