The leadership is brilliant and truly cares about the workforce. The pride in the brands is quite infectious and reflect both inside and outside the work environment. I personally like the commitment to corporate responsibility and setting the bar high for greater good in lieu of bigger profit margins.

Cons

The IT leadership can definitely learn a thing or two (or even more) from the executive leadership.
