The company has very good benefits.

Cons

Management claims to care about the employee but actions do not backup that statement. Lots and lots of red tape that prevent employees from getting their jobs done.

Great brands, some great people, highly sophisticated and futurist working practices. Great leadership training

Cons

Highly competitive, closed ranks at the top, it's not what you know or how good you are but how well you manage upwards. Salaries are not great - quite low compared to other big organisations.
